Billy was born and raised in Knox County.  He attended the Fredericktown School District where he participated in band, cross-country, track and field, musicals and theatrical plays.  Billy then went to Ashland University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media Production.  During his four years as a student at Ashland University, Billy worked in the radio and television departments on campus and played rugby.  Upon graduating, Billy served in the business office at The Living Center.  Most recently, he began his Administrator-In-Training program at Country Court.  Billy resides in Fredericktown with his wife Shannon and their son Trey.  Billy enjoys attending Fredericktown High School and Ashland University events and spending time with his family in his spare time.

Beth Howard, R.N., has been hired as Country Court’s new Director of Nursing. Beth is from Mount Vernon and graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1982. Prior to attending nursing school in the fall of 1982, she worked at Country Court during the summer as a nursing assistant. She states that at that time, she never dreamed she would be returning to Country Court almost thirty years later as their Director of Nursing. She attended and graduated from the Ohio State University School of Nursing in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Following graduation, Beth moved to a small town in Eastern Kentucky where she resided for twenty-two years. She has experience in acute care, nursing education and with federally qualified health care centers with the University of Kentucky.

Beth and her family returned to Central Ohio in 2008. She currently resides in Apple Valley in Howard, Ohio. She has a husband Joe and four children, three of which are still at home. Her three boys, Cody, Dustin and Nick attend East Knox Schools. Beth enjoys spending time with her family. During time away from work, she is found sitting beside the football field, baseball diamond or basketball court cheering on her sons, as they are active in athletics. She also enjoys watching NFL football. She and her family attend New Life Nazarene Church.

Beth’s recent experience in long-term care was as Director of Nursing with HCR Manorcare at the Heartland of Centerburg facility. She served there for two years. Beth states she is very excited about the opportunity of rejoining the Country Court team.

Cindi Levering RN, MS, M.Ed., CNS, NP-C, Corporate Manager of Clinical Services

As a nurse, Cindi has a wide variety of acute care, long-term care and nursing education experience.  Cindi received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the Ohio State University and her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Wright State University and has a Certificate of Authority as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Cindi received a Master’s Degree in Education and Certification as a Family Nurse Practioner from Ohio University.  Cindi enjoys all sports, especially Ohio State football and basketball.  She is expecting her first grandchild “Baby Buckeye” in February of 2011.  Cindi's son has just finished serving two and a half years in the Peace Corps in Paraguay and will be home in the States by 2011 as well.

Julie Kelly, MDS / Resident Care Coordinator

Julie has been a Registered Nurse since 1974 and has been working in acute care ICU for 4 years.  She has been active in the Long Term Care setting since 1978.  During those years Julie held the positions of Charge Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing and has been the Director of Nursing at 2 different nursing centers.  Julie has been specializing in developing resident care plans and the MDS process for the past seven years.

Mandy graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelors of Science in Social Work and has been a Licensed Social Worker since May of 2009. While at Ashland, Mandy was an Alpha Phi Officer and now volunteers as a Chapter Advisor. She recently graduated in June of 2010 from The Ohio State University with a Masters in Social Work. Mandy is currently under supervision for her independent license. She was born and raised in Knox County and has always had a passion for Social Work and helping others. Mandy now lives in Ashland, Ohio with her husband Allan. In their free time they enjoy staying active with biking, running and other sports.

Amy has been with Levering Management for ten years.  She started at Hillcrest Nursing Center in 2000 and transferred shortly thereafter to the County Court team in 2001.  Amy serves in the unique role of Office Manager and Admissions Coordinator. She is well versed in the area of health care insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and family education. Amy is married to Todd and the mother of two children, Chelsea, 17 and Curtis, 15. She especially enjoys supporting their sporting activities and school endeavors.

Judy started working for Country Court Nursing Center in August 2005.  She began her career in long-term care over 25 years ago learning many facets and job responsibilities along the way.  Spending time with residents and listening to their stories and life experiences is Judy's favorite aspect of working in this field.  Her enjoyment outside of work includes spending time with her family, going camping and reading.

Stephanie Woodring, Dietary Manager

Stephanie began working with the Country Court dietary team in 1990.  Her original duties involved preparing the meals on a tray line and delivering them to the residents. Later, she became one of the lead cooks and specialized in meal design and presentation. She accepted the promotion as Dietary Manager in 1995. As Dietary Manager, Stephanie is responsible for planning and delivering a full selection of menu options.

Heather was born and raised in Crawford County with 4 older brothers.  She graduated from Colonel Crawford High School participated in marching band and kept stats for several sporting events.  She graduated with an associate's degree in Applied Science with a major in therapeutic recreation from North Central Technical College in 1991.  After commuting to Columbus for several years, Heather was invited to join the Country Court family in December of 1999.  Heather gained valuable activities and enrichment experience at two other nursing centers prior to joining Country Court in 1999.  Heather is a member of the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals and maintains the required continuing education hours to hold the certification.  Heather and her husband Mark bought a home near Centerburg the year they were married.  They still reside there with their 3 children Megan, Alayna and Travis.
